Have you ever noticed that women's fitness magazines are more or less exactly the same as women's beauty magazines, but with more body-shaming? (You're not just ugly, you're fat now too... Yayyyy!!)

Fitspo tells us to get movin, eat less, or else.

We have some alternative ideas.

Instead of: "OMG I ATE cake, that's 400 calories, I've got to run for an hour, fast, NOW!!!"

try: "OMG that cake was delicious! And I love running so I might go run later, if I feel like it! And I really enjoyed that cake, and cake is OK"

Instead of looking in the mirror and "If only I was thinner"

Try: "My body is always  a  work in progress, and I am always  enough just as I am. Also, I'm foxy-gorgeous-awesome!"

-If anybody even tries to whisper the (2) (1)

Instead of "I wish I looked like her"

Try "I am enough, I am beautiful just as I am. I am FREAKING FABULOUS"

You could take a page out of our body love heroes  books and just own your fierce bod! Because you only get one body, and frankly you might as well make the most of the time you have in it.
