We're big fans of body weight workouts because you can do them pretty much anywhere, don't need specialist equipment, and can achieve brilliant results.
If you can get to a park - brilliant! Fresh air and sunshine only makes this better.
If not find a bit of space in the office and recruit your colleagues!
Remember, never undertake an exercise program without the guidance of your health care provider, and always warm up with some gentle jogging on the spot or skipping.
